Terms of service

MLBTSDB provides a searchable database of MLB The Show items and Community Market price information, assembled from publicly available data published by the game.

Prices and attributes are provided for information only. They are collected periodically and may be out of date or incorrect. Do not treat them as guaranteed, and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a trade.

MLBTSDB is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Sony Interactive Entertainment, MLB Advanced Media, Major League Baseball, or the MLB Players Association.

All game content, names, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of them.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You must give a valid email address and verify it before signing in. One person, one account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, at the price and interval shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period. If a charge is genuinely in error, contact us and we will put it right.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the data. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it.

Do not use MLBTSDB to break the rules of MLB The Show or any other service.

Automated access is permitted only where we explicitly document it.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features.

Data is sourced from a third-party API outside our control. If it changes or stops publishing, parts of the service may become unavailable or stale.

To the extent the law allows, MLBTSDB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on price or attribute data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and, for subscribers, by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
